Ethapazha Nanayam - Banana Coins

Here is a quick snack to enjoy during this Monsoon season ! This is so similar to banana fritters, but I would say this is a cuter version :)


Ingredients

  1. Ripe Plantain - 1 , cut into circular shapes.
  2. Rice Flour- 1 Cup
  3. Corn Flour - Half Cup
  4. Sugar - 2 Tbsp.
  5. Cooking Oil for frying
How to Make ?
  1. Mix ingredients # 2 till #4 along with water to a smooth consistency.
  2. Coat banana pieces with this batter
  3. Drop banana one by one to a boiling oil
  4. Take out , once it turns golden brown in colour.

Ready to be served with a hot chai!
